سياسة الخصوصية — المُسمِّع

١. من نحن

«المُسمِّع» (اسم الحزمة com.abdullah.musammi) تطبيق أندرويد يساعدك على تسميع ما حفظته من القرآن الكريم: تقرأ من حفظك، فينبّهك على الكلمات الخاطئة أو المتروكة. المطوّر: Mahdy Smarts.

٢. الخلاصة

التطبيق لا يطلب إنشاء حساب ولا يجمع اسمك ولا بريدك ولا موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك.
التطبيق لا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا يبيع بياناتك ولا يشاركها مع أي جهة.
التطبيق لا يملك إذن الإنترنت أصلًا: هو نفسه لا يرسل أي بيانات إلى أي خادم.
كل ما يخصّك (الأخطاء، الجلسات، الإعدادات) يبقى على جهازك فقط.
التطبيق لا يسجّل صوتك ولا يحفظه؛ يستلم فقط النص الذي تحوّله خدمة التعرف على الكلام في هاتفك.

٣. الميكروفون وخدمة التعرف على الكلام

يطلب التطبيق إذن الميكروفون (RECORD_AUDIO) لأن فكرته كلها أن يسمعك وأنت تقرأ. لا يقوم التطبيق بتسجيل الصوت بنفسه؛ بل يستخدم خدمة التعرف على الكلام الموجودة في نظام أندرويد على هاتفك (وهي في أغلب الهواتف خدمة Google). تستمع هذه الخدمة أثناء الجلسة وتعيد للتطبيق نصًّا فقط (مع نسخ بديلة ودرجات ثقة)، ثم يقارن التطبيق هذا النص بالآيات داخل جهازك.

مهم: قد تُرسل خدمة التعرف على الكلام (مثل خدمة Google) الصوت إلى خوادمها لمعالجته، وذلك حسب نوع هاتفك وإعداداتك، وهذا يحدث خارج التطبيق وتحكمه سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الخدمة (مثل سياسة خصوصية Google). يمكنك تقليل ذلك بتنزيل اللغة العربية للتعرّف دون إنترنت من إعدادات خدمة الكلام في هاتفك ثم تفعيل خيار «التعرف دون إنترنت» داخل التطبيق (قد تقل الدقة). إن رفضتَ إذن الميكروفون يعمل التطبيق لتصفّح المصحف فقط، دون التسميع.

٤. ما الذي يُحفظ على جهازك

يحفظ التطبيق محليًا على جهازك: آخر موضع قرأتَ فيه، سجل الأخطاء (الكلمة والآية وما سمعه المتعرّف)، ملخّصات الجلسات والاختبارات، إعداداتك (اللغة، المظهر، دقة التصحيح…)، وسجلًّا نصيًّا صغيرًا للفحص (بحد أقصى ٣٠٠ مقطع) يحتوي «المتوقع مقابل ما سمعه التعرّف» نصًّا فقط وبدون صوت. لا تُرسل هذه البيانات إلى أي مكان من التطبيق.

قد يتضمّن نظام أندرويد بيانات التطبيق في النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي لحسابك على Google إن كان النسخ الاحتياطي مفعّلًا في هاتفك؛ هذا يديره النظام وليس التطبيق.

٥. المشاركة بإرادتك

أزرار «مشاركة النتيجة» و«إرسال سجل الفحص» تفتح قائمة المشاركة في أندرويد بنصٍّ جاهز، وأنت من يختار التطبيق والشخص الذي يستلمه. لا يُرسل شيء دون ضغطك على الزر.

٦. الأذونات الأخرى

الاهتزاز (VIBRATE): اهتزاز خفيف عند اكتشاف خطأ، ويمكن إيقافه من الإعدادات.
إبقاء الشاشة مضاءة أثناء التسميع (لا يحتاج إذنًا).

٧. حذف بياناتك

من «الإعدادات ← مسح كل البيانات» تُحذف الأخطاء والجلسات وآخر موضع. كما يحذف إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق (أو «مسح بيانات التطبيق» من إعدادات أندرويد) كل ما حفظه التطبيق على جهازك.

٨. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه لمن يبلغ ١٣ سنة فأكثر ولا يجمع بيانات شخصية من أي مستخدم. إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلًا دون هذه السن استخدمه فلا توجد بيانات لدينا لنحذفها، لكن راسلنا لأي استفسار.

٩. تغيير هذه السياسة

إن تغيّر شيء مما سبق (مثل إضافة ميزة تتصل بالإنترنت) سنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونذكر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها.

1. Who we are

“Al-Musammi” (package com.abdullah.musammi) is an Android app that helps you test your Quran memorisation: you recite from memory and the app flags wrong or skipped words. Developer: Mahdy Smarts.

2. In short

No account is required. The app does not collect your name, email, location or contacts.
No ads, no analytics or tracking tools. We do not sell or share your data.
The app does not have the INTERNET permission: it never sends data to any server by itself.
Everything that belongs to you (mistakes, sessions, settings) stays on your device.
The app does not record or store your voice; it only receives the text produced by your phone’s speech-recognition service.

3. Microphone and speech recognition

The app asks for the microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) because listening to your recitation is its core function. The app does not record audio itself. It uses the speech-recognition service built into your Android phone (on most phones, Google’s). That service listens during a session and hands the app text only (with alternatives and confidence scores); the app then compares the text with the verses on your device.

Important: depending on your phone and settings, the speech-recognition service (for example Google’s) may send audio to its own servers for processing. This happens outside the app and is governed by that provider’s privacy policy (e.g. the Google Privacy Policy). To reduce this you can download Arabic for offline recognition in your phone’s speech-service settings and switch on “Offline recognition” in the app (accuracy may drop). If you deny the microphone permission the app still lets you browse the Mushaf, but recitation checking is unavailable.

4. What is stored on your device

The app stores locally: your last reading position, the mistakes log (the word, the verse, and what the recogniser heard), session and exam summaries, your settings (language, theme, strictness, …) and a small diagnostics log (up to 300 utterances) of “expected vs. heard” as text only, with no audio. None of this is sent anywhere by the app.

If Android backup is switched on for your phone, the system may include the app’s data in your Google account backup. This is handled by Android, not by the app.

5. Sharing, only when you choose

The “Share result” and “Send diagnostics” buttons open Android’s share sheet with ready-made text; you choose the app and the recipient. Nothing is sent unless you tap them.

6. Other permissions

Vibrate (VIBRATE): a light vibration when a mistake is detected; can be turned off in Settings.
Keeping the screen on while you recite (needs no permission).

7. Deleting your data

“Settings → Clear all data” removes mistakes, sessions and your last position. Uninstalling the app (or “Clear storage” in Android settings) removes everything the app saved on your device.

8. Children

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over and collects no personal data from anyone. If you are a parent and believe a younger child used the app, there is no data held by us to delete, but you are welcome to contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

If anything above changes (for example a feature that uses the internet is added) we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
